Copies usually came with a [l288218] sticker. Originally released with catalog # [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/1548256]EPC 81595[/url]. There are also two earlier reissues with the same catalog numbers and blue labels: [r=9212253] and [r=7660097]. First catalog number on the labels, second on the rear sleeve. Made in Holland.
